Contact Centre Sales Advisor – £18k basic, £36k OTE – 2 days off per week – mainly inbound
Our client, a successful used car dealer group, is looking to add to their team of Contact Centre Sales Advisors based close to the South West Leicester area.
The role will involve handling mainly inbound calls from potential customers with the goal of generating an appointment for the customer to visit one of the dealer groups’ sites to discuss buying a car with one of the sales executives there. As our client has a very popular website and a lot of desirable stock, they receive a very high number of inbound enquires. The successful candidate will be required to make some outbound calls, but only where appropriate, for example if a customer expresses an interest in a particular make/model of vehicle on an initial phone call which subsequently comes into stock.
Our client is keen to hire a candidate with the right personality to succeed in the role and therefore the only requirement in terms of previous experience is some customer handling experience, whether that is in retail, in a contact centre, or anywhere else (No motor trade experience is necessary). Of more importance than experience is an upbeat nature and a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer service, which will have the added bonus of increasing your earnings.
On offer to the right candidate is a basic salary of £18000 and OTE of £36000 for good performance. Commission is paid based on appointments generated and converted. The contact centre is open from 8am – 7.30pm and the role will be on a rota around early/late shifts 5 days per week to include weekend work although you will only work 2 weekends per month.
