We are currently looking for an experienced office administrator for our construction client near the centre of Edinburgh on an immediate basis.

Duties will include

Day to day admin
Taking details & organizing jobs over phone
Assisting with purchasing
Ad-hoc duties assigned by director
General duties to support the smooth running of the Office.
Must have

Administration experience
Proficient in Microsoft office
Excellent telephone manner
Ideally experience working within a construction company previously.
This is a full time position and will be on a timesheet with the potential to go permanent for the right person.
