: Our client is a multi-office and disciplinary firm who is looking to bring on a Commercial Property Solicitor with a good history in this area as they have a great variety of clients and enquires coming in at this moment.
The successful candidate for this role will be handling a variety of Commercial Property files plus Landlord and Tenant matters.

* Able to work independently and run a full caseload.
* Able to motivate oneself to meet/exceed targets.
* Able to build relationship with clients and to encourage referral of further business to the firm.
* Able to meet time recording and billing targets.
* Able to convey information accurately and articulately, both verbally and in writing.
* Able to use own initiative and make best use of resources and time.
The package on offer will be tailored to the successful candidate as our client is open to hearing from a variety of Post Qualified Experienced Executives and Solicitors.
