My client is seeking Care Assistants to join their great team in Betchworth.
The home is Registered for 36 service Users – the clientele is Dementia, Physical Disability, Old age and Mental Health.
My Client is looking for people who want to make a real difference in people’s lives.
If you’re keen to be involved in a caring role that provides quality support to people and you have compassion for individuals in a diverse range of settings, our client would like you to be a part of their growing team. As Care Assistant you will assist with daily activities providing residents with both physical and emotional support and personal care as needed.
What my client is looking for in a Care Assistant:
NVQ 2
Mediation trained
Experience in a caring role
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team
Exceptional communicator at all levels
Clean driver’s license Preferred – but not required
My client is offering for the Care Assistant Role:
An hourly rate between £9.00ph +
Hours of 37.5 plus per week
