Call Centre Customer Banking Advisor – £18,138 – 19th October Start Date
We are currently recruiting for Customer Advisors to work in the banking sector in Binley Coventry. Based in a large, modern office, its ideally located in the Binley area for commuters on both public and private transport thanks to excellent public transport links and a free on-site car park.
Applicants must live in the Coventry area
Starting salary £18,138
Full time & permanent contract / 40 hours per week
5 days out of 7 Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am 8pm
5-week training programme fully paid!
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Summary of This Role
Responds to customer inquiries via telephone, email, SMS and Chat to provide problem resolution in accordance with the organization’s service standards. Receives and/or places telephone calls which are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to technical/service areas. Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s/assigned client’s products and services. Analyse customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable. Requires ability to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications.
