Our Manchester based client has been established for over 25 years and specialise in several areas – legal services, financial services and telecoms with more to come. They have a £20million budget to double in size over the next 12 months and are looking for Call Centre Agent to join their business immediately to deal with high demand. The position:
Call Centre Agents will speak to existing and new customers via warm leads. You’ll qualify customers for sales via open, probing questioning to perform a detail fact find. You’ll recommend products to customers based on their requirements, educating them, and managing them through the process to completion. You’ll use a consultative sales approach and provide excellent customer service throughout.

Requirements:
Sales or retentions experience, a can-do attitude, and strong work ethic are required.
