One of our prestigious client located in Stafford Park in Telford is currently recruiting for a Business Administrator (Maternity cover) to join their team. You will be working within an engineering environment supporting purchasing and invoicing for the Engineering department.
Role of Business Administrator :
Obtain Quotes for required items for MFG Production & Engineering and then Raise Purchase orders
Update Manufacturing or Engineering Tracker with PO details
Collect delivered items from receiving
Update floor stock cage calculator weekly and Order any low stock items Maintain stationary supply levels
Holding Supplier meetings, Source packaging, equipment, Office furniture, fixtures and fittings, machinery etc
Checking all Invoices and sending copies to Accounts; Chasing invoices
Run reports for the departments
Details of a Business Administrator role:
Working hours Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5pm)
Salary of £21,500-£22,500
Immediate start for right candidate
To be consider for this role you should have:
Excellent IT skills (including Excel)
Experience of working in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively work within a team environment or independently as required
Good organizational skills
28 Holidays per year
