JR are working with a growing logistics business in Nottingham to recruit a Billing Analyst to join their team. A fantastic opportunity to join a business that is expanding, they are looking for someone who is extremely analytical with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
* Extract and transform large sets of data from various sources for billing and analysis with a focus on revenue assurance.
* Accurately calculate billable prices in accordance to sales agreements.
* Thoroughly analyse carrier invoices to produce billable adjustment values and highlight anomalies in cost values.
* Build and maintain effective relationships between the billing element and the client facing team.
* Deal with various ad hoc billing queries as necessary
Key skills:
* Strong Excel skills including tables, arrays and pivot table.
* Prior experience within a billing team.
* An analytical mind with excellent attention to detail and confident in analysing complex data.
* Excellent numerical and statistical skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
