A well respected electrical wholesaler is looking to appoint an Assistant Branch Manager for their branch in Oldham.
It is essential you have experience in the electrical wholesale sector.
Responsible to the Branch Manager, you will be directly responsible for all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, encourage a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the branch business, you will be driven by sales and margin achievement.
·Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, basic HR, administration and sales.
·Meet or surpass Sales and Margin Budgets
·Staff development and product training (with Suppliers and Manufacturers)
·Locate areas of improvement and propose actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
·Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
·Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch.

Salary: £24000 – £26000/annum bonus
