Asset Care and project Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Asset Care and Project Manager to join my client in a newly created role. Reporting into the Head of Engineering, with a team of 3 beneath you, you’ll will be responsible for supporting the PPMS across the sites.
Duties include
Controlling and maintaining the site asset register.
Formulating and controlling the planned maintenance schedule for the business.
Managing team KPI’s.
Supporting the generation of Project cases for approval including Cap-ex submission.
Managing minor projects.
Maintaining health and safety at all times and lead by example.
Managing contractors onsite.
Supporting production and engineering adherence to the quality and safety system.
In order to be a success in the role you will ideally have project management experience along with.
Proven leadership skills.
Preventative Engineering Planning experience.
Experience with various improve / problem solving tools.
Proven ability to solve problems through investigation and the application of sound solutions.
Experience of working with safety systems.
Have an enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to work.
