Anaerobic Digestion Plant Manager

Alecto Recruitment is looking from experienced professionals from the AD or biogas industry interested in working as a Plant Manager for our client in the Cambridgeshire area.
As Plant Manager you will be joining the business at a time of development and expansion, performing a critical role overseeing site operations and H&S and make the site your own.
We are looking for experience from within the AD industry for this role, and welcome application from Candidates able to relocate.
Role Profile
Coordinate daily activities such as maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting issues at an anaerobic digestion facility.
Implement PPM plans and ensure they are followed and recorded directly.
Oversee all aspects of H&S, manage ongoing issues and upcoming project works.
Monitor the plant through analysis and testing to understand plant health and stability and ensure maximum yield.
Project Management alongside Operations Manager.Applicant Profile
At least 3 years’ experience working in the AD industry.
WAMITAB would be an advantage.
