OA Executive are working in partnership with a growing construction business who have a large portfolio of projects across the UK and beyond. They carry out the design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of unique construction projects, with the maintenance and aftersales being a core part of their business.
Due to a restructure within their team, they are looking for a Aftersales Manager to join their business and take the lead in managing the Aftersales team and their workload to maximise turnover, reduce costs, whilst all the while maintaining their standing as a market leader within their field.
Main duties include:
Ensure the team are delivering planned maintenance visits as required in the most efficient manner possible
Secure the maximum number of possible maintenance contracts at any one point
Lead the team and become the main point of contact for possible refurbishment and repair sales opportunities.
Ensure accurate and transparent reporting to group and company management
Coordinate marketing with Group Marketing Manager
Report to and work with the Managing Director to identify and implement positive change
Responsible for ensuring all works are carried out in a safe manner
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
Strong experience from within the Construction industry with relevant site and / or technical knowledge and experience
Ideally experience within roofing, cladding, building envelope or glazing
Sound understanding of risk assessments and general management including sales and proposals
Excellent team management skills and experience
IT literate, with working knowledge of MS Office
Hard-working, self-sufficient and an ability to inspire and implement change
A positive and friendly approach
