Connections Recruitment are seeking a number of Administrative Assistants and Receptionists to work throughout Greater Manchester on temporary and fixed term contracts
Due to the nature of the work it’s imperative that candidates have an Enhanced DBS that is registered to the update service
Manage face to face and telephone enquiries
Delivery of a first class reception service to all visitors, checking visitor identification and issuing of security passes
General administration tasks such as photocopying, filing & printing
Answer telephone calls in a courteous manner and deal with caller appropriately and in a timely manner.
Maintain the reception and telephone directory
Schedule and conduct meetings, if required
Arrange and administer parcel and letter distributionWorking hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
