Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for a growing business based in Barnsley. The ideal candidate will have experience in a transactional role and is able to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Posting purchase ledger invoices
Matching PO’s to deliveries
Supplier statement reconciliations
Reconciling debit notes outstanding on the sales ledger
Contacting customers for overdue payments
Various weekly and monthly reports
Assisting with posting and allocating cheques and BACS receipts onto the system
Assisting with month end
Ad hoc tasks as required
Confident and clear communicator
Ideally AAT Studier/Qualified
Experience in a finance team
