We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work as part of the Finance team who are very experienced and you will report into a Manager you will working for a reputable company based in Leicester who are going from strength to strength.
As the Accounts Administrator your working hours are Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm working a 37.5 hours a week with the opportunity to flex your working hours by an hour if you wish, as the Purchase Ledger Administrator you will play a crucial part in all aspects of the business and must have experience in a similar role
As the Accounts Administrator some of your duties are listed below
Processing supplier invoices
Dealing with supplier & PO queries
Processing payment runs
As the Accounts Administrator there could be additional duties depending on your experience and our client can offer support and training on these additional duties
Posting sales invoices, raising customer credits, credit control, allocating customer receipts
Entering & reconciling expenses including cash/credit card & receipts.
