We are looking for a dedicated and hard working Accounts Administrator to work at our client’s professional and vibrant dealership in Chippenham, Wiltshire.
Key duties:
* Ensure monies received are collected and banked on a daily basis.
* Bank balances and load bank payments
* Provide general administration and filing.
* Review accounts and highlight variants with the Managing Director.
* Processing of New and Used vehicle administration supporting each dealership.
* Produce all statutory information accurately and to the specified deadlines.
* Assist the auditors as required in line with the company needs.
* Check Fuel card invoices
* Purchase ledger
* Agree tasks and work standards with the Accounts and Administration teams.
* Review payment systems to ensure consistency and fairness and recognise and reward exceptional performance.
Ideal candidate:
* Automotive background from Administration/ Accounts Department would be highly advantageous
* Must be excellent with numbers and have very keen attention to detail
* Adaptable with ability to multitask and prioritise the workload
