OVERVIEW:
Working for a leading professional education provider, you will support, develop and train students working towards AAT qualifications.
Our client provides a welcoming and nurturing working environment, where you will be will be fully supported with your transition into the training sector. This will include a holistic induction, ongoing peer mentorship and the opportunity to complete a recognised teaching qualification.
A typical day will look like this:
-Plan & prepare for upcoming training sessions
-Deliver training to groups & individuals (classroom & online)
-Prepare students for exams & next levels/papers
-Review & provide feedback on assignments & exam results
What you will need:
-AAT qualified at level 4
-Strong communication & presentation skills
-Confidence with the ability to motivate & develop others
-Teaching, Training, Coaching or Mentoring experience
