Accounting Software Support Analyst / Business Consultant is required by our South Yorkshire (close to Sheffield, Worksop and Chesterfield) client, a leading provider of financial accounting and CRM software.

This is a hybrid role that will see you spending 3 weeks in a consultant type role with every 4th week providing 2nd and 3rd line office based support to clients. In both a support and implementation consultant capacity you will be expected to display professionalism and commitment combined with a service driven mindset and great communication skills.

In addition to the above you will have experience in the installation or or support of accounting software such as Sage (200/500 or similar), Pegasus Opera, Iris Enterprise, Access Accounts or similar. Ideally this will be complemented with client facing and analysis experience but training will be given where necessary.
