Clear understanding of marketing concepts, how they work and how to implement within search marketing . Understanding of web analytics and paid search bid optimization tools .
Experience in social networking helpful, ie Digg, Facebook, etc . Basic Internet and HTML and JavaScript, skills . Good organizational and communication skills . University degree preferred.Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Website Traffic Analysis (general familiarity with web analytics) . Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management and development on pay-per-click search engines including Yahoo and MSN and other PPC sources. Write copy for pay-per-click campaign ads .
Implementation of international SEO and PPC campaigns . Ongoing management of pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns including reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations . Actively test, analyze and optimize keywords, title and descriptions, landing pages and position to increase ROI and drive sales .
Monitor overall SEO program success with regard to keyword ranking, indexed pages, backlinks, etc . Link building through contacts, partnerships, content generation, and link bait campaigns . Development of SEO friendly content via internal blogs and website copy . Perform competitive analysis to help drive future SEO .
Works with the Web Team and Network Engineering to insure proper implementation of all aspects of SEO requirements . Manage and optimize various multimedia campaigns . Placement of audio and video content on external sites (e.g., YouTube, etc.)
